Our gatherings are organised so that younger leaders across the continent can meet, receive teaching, share testimonies, encourage each other, and strategise! We are committed to providing a forum for younger leaders to find the tools and support to continually grow in their leadership and to finish the race well. Please register or send this link to a younger leader of your choice. We are especially looking for people in their mid to late 20's, but we will consider all younger leaders between 20-40. If you know of anybody who could benefit from, or contribute to this community, we would like to extend an invitation to them.

This year we are going to beautiful Durres, Albania. We will be staying at the Royal G Max Hotal and Spa, which is beautifully situated right next to the beach!

MENTORING
One of the ways we want to make sure that younger leaders are receiving the support they need, to continue to be influencers and agents of transformation in their communities and nations, is through mentorship and assistance from senior leaders who are willing to walk alongside us as younger leaders and share their wisdom and experience.
Every year we are privileged to have some amazing individuals ready to share their time and experience with younger leaders.
