GATHERING

Our gatherings are organised so that younger leaders across the continent can meet, receive teaching, share testimonies, encourage each other, and strategise! We are committed to providing a forum for younger leaders to find the tools and support to continually grow in their leadership and to finish the race well. Boris Eichenberger

Spark
Counsellor | Support | Inspiration
SPEAKER

Boris has spent over 30 years giving himself away to young people, planting and leading churches, and cultivating intercultural communities. He is Swiss—but please don’t hold that against him—and passionate about guiding the next generation toward healthy leadership and thriving rhythms, both personally and organizationally. As a father of teenagers himself, Boris deeply understands the joys and challenges young people face today. When he’s not mentoring or teaching, he loves to recharge through sports, endurance triathlons, and diving into a good book.

Boris will be doing the Bible expositions and leadership lessons

Evi Rodemann

SPEAKER

Evi Rodemann is from Hamburg, Germany. Her biggest passions are for youth, young leaders and Europe. If this can be connected with events, even better. Next to investing into young people across Europe, she also works as the associate programme director for the Fourth Lausanne Congress, taking place in September later this year. She did an MA in European Missions (Redcliffe College/University of Gloucestershire) and now pursues a PhD in theology (UNISA) with a focus on event impact. She also chairs the YLGen commitment for Groups & Gatherings globally.

MENTORING

One of the ways we want to make sure that younger leaders are receiving the support they need, to continue to be influencers and agents of transformation in their communities and nations, is through mentorship and assistance from senior leaders who are willing to walk alongside us as younger leaders and share their wisdom and experience.

Every year we are privileged to have some amazing individuals ready to share their time and experience with younger leaders.
