SPEAKER
Saša Nikolinović is from Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, where he has served as pastor of Sarajevo Evangelical Church since 2001. He is committed to helping people encounter Christ in a society shaped by religious, cultural, and historical complexity. He also serves in different leadership roles within his denomination and as Secretary of the Evangelical Alliance in Bosnia.
Alongside his pastoral ministry, Saša is a visual artist, bringing together faith, creativity, and social engagement through exhibitions, workshops, and public conversations. In this, he seeks to create spaces for reflection, dialogue, and bridge-building between the church and the wider culture.
Saša will be our main speaker, helping us reflect on how God forms us in uncertain times and calls us into His work across Europe.
Evi Rodemann

Evi is from Hamburg, Germany, and has a deep passion for youth, younger leaders, Europe, and gatherings that create lasting impact.
She serves with the Lausanne Movement and YLGen, chairs the global YLGen commitment for Groups & Gatherings and produces the Younger Leaders Gathering in Brazil 2027. She has a PhD in theology with a focus on event impact.
Evi brings a unique combination of Lausanne experience, European vision, and deep commitment to the next generation of leaders.
Jeff Fountain

Jeff Fountain lives in Amsterdam with his wife Romkje where they lead the Schuman
Centre for European Studies, aiming to equip disciples to engage in the public
square. Jeff has a background in journalism and history, and served as YWAM
Europe director 1990-2009. Together they have three sons and nine grandchildren.
Jeff has travelled extensively in Europe and chaired the Hope for Europe Round
Table for many years, along with the two Hope for Europe congresses in Budapest in
2002 and 2011. Jeff has written a ‘Weekly Word’ blog since 2001 and hosts a
monthly podcast. He has written several books, including Living as people of hope and Deeply Rooted (the Robert Schuman story).
He loves to be in nature with his boat, reading, writing and preparing for upcoming
events.
Usha Reifsnider

Usha Reifsnider is a British South Asian Christ-follower from a Hindu background. She and her American husband Matt have served as mission partners working with migrants, refugees, and diaspora for over three decades. Usha's research interests are in the intersection of cultural anthropology and practical theology.
Her various roles in ministry include serving as a director with the Centre for Missionaries from the Majority World (CMMW), training churches and para-church agencies on mission to, through, from, and with diaspora people groups. Usha also teaches a module on philosophical frameworks and ethics at the postgraduate level at Waverley Abbey College.
Usha and Matt have two adult married children and two recently adopted teenage 'grandlads'.
Jim Memory

Jim Memory is a member of the International Leadership Team of the European Christian Mission (ECM). He and his wife Christine were church planters in Spain from 1994-2008 before moving into mission leadership.
For the last 10 years, Jim has taught the postgraduate modules on European Mission at Redcliffe College and continues to do this now through All Nations Christian College (UK). He is one of the founding editors of Vista, a research-based journal on crucial issues for mission in Europe, and is the author of Europe 2021, a recent report on the context for mission in Europe today.
Jim and Christine have three adult children and they live between the UK and Spain.
Tim Yearsley

MENTOR / WORKSHOP
Tim Yearsley is from the UK and serves as LICC’s Creative Disruptor. His work focuses on helping the team imagine and develop fresh ways to equip Christian young adults to live out their faith in their everyday culture, especially during the crucial first decade of work.
Based in Nottingham, Tim brings creativity, humour, and a love for thoughtful experimentation into his work and leadership. Outside of LICC, he enjoys playing in a metal band, stumbling through triathlons, watching art house films, and being lovingly told by his wife that he is pretentious.
Tim will serve as a mentor and lead a workshop on Innovative Leadership in Complex Times.
MENTORING
One of the ways we want to make sure that younger leaders are receiving the support they need, to continue to be influencers and agents of transformation in their communities and nations, is through mentorship and assistance from senior leaders who are willing to walk alongside us as younger leaders and share their wisdom and experience.
Every year we are privileged to have some amazing individuals ready to share their time and experience with younger leaders.
