23-26 November 2023

Bosnia & Herzegovina

195€ Double
240€ Single

Our last four gatherings have been organised so that younger leaders across the continent can meet, receive teaching, share testimonies, encourage each other and strategise! We are committed to providing a forum for younger leaders to find the tools and support to continually grow in their leadership and to finish the race well.

Our programme contains Bible studies, sessions on leadership, small groups, workshops and time to hang out with each other or rest. One afternoon we will have the opportunity to enjoy a guided tour of Sarajevo. Our tour leader Sasa Nicolinovic, a local pastor from Sarajevo, will take us to unique places worth seeing and give us an introduction to the rich history and culture of this Balkan state. This is instrumental to our European understanding as the Balkan war started there.

Bosnia and Herzegovina has less than 600 Evangelical Christians and is a very volatile nation with a government-supervised by the EU Commission that changes every 8 months.

The nearest airport is the Sarajevo International Airport. Information on shuttles to the conference centre will come closer to the time.

The meeting place is the Hotel Hollywood. The use of the swimming pool, sauna, and fitness centre is included in your room rates. So, don’t forget to bring your swimming costume and/or gym clothes. Also, the hotel has kindly offered to keep the same rates for everyone who wants to arrive earlier/stay on for some days.

For more information on the hotel, please click here (for your information only, please do not reserve a room).

If you require extra nights
Per Person per night in a double room: 45€
Per Person per night in a single room: 55€
Why not bring your spouse along and stay an extra night to relax?!

Please email us if you would like an extra night.

One of the ways we want to make sure that younger leaders are receiving the support they need, to continue to be influencers and agents of transformation in their communities and nations, is through mentorship and assistance from senior leaders who are willing to walk alongside us as younger leaders and share their wisdom and experience.

We are so privileged to have some amazing individuals already signed up as mentors for this year's gathering:

Ole-Magnus Olafsrud
