Saturday Plenaries

The Saturday plenaries will bring to a conclusion our Lausanne Europe 20/21 Gathering.  "Learning from the past and facing the future" will include input from Lindsay Brown, Samuel Escobar, Os Guinness and Michael Oh. "Continuing the Conversation" will give us a chance to hear how Impact Groups across Europe have benefitted from the Lausanne Europe Conversation over the past 18 months.  And we will end our time together with a Commissioning Service led by Lars Dahle and Usha Reifsneider and featuring speakers Zef Nikolla, Anca Cocos and Luke Greenwood.

Learning from the Past - Facing the Future

We need fresh insights and perspectives from the European past in order to face our missional tasks in the future with wisdom and courage. Lindsay Brown identifies key lessons from our evangelical heritage, whereas Samuel Escobar and Os Guinness offer reflections on our Lausanne story. The session ends with Michael Oh introducing Lausanne 4 as a global polycentric process.

Continuing the Conversation

Over the last year and a half, hundreds of leaders from across Europe have gathered in Impact Groups as part of the Lausanne Europe Conversation.  During this session we will hear inspiring stories from Impact Group leaders and be challenged about how we can keep the Conversation going.
